Wildlife Reiki

I have grown up caring for injured or orphaned wildlife, giving them Reiki and helping to diagnose injured and orphaned flying foxes. 

This service would suit any wildlife carers who have injured or ill animals that would benefit from assistance with diagnostics and Reiki treatments. 

If the animal is an adult, it will be required to be contained in a small travel cage, so I can give it Reiki effectively without scaring the animal too much. For a baby it will generally be wrapped in a pouch of some kind, which allows me to put it on my lap to give it Reiki. Each situation will depend on the animal and what its needs are.

Reiki for wildlife may cover the following things – 

• I will come to your home, or where the animal is so I am in their safe space
• I will chat to the carer about any concerns or worries they may have about the animal.
• Check for any fractures, joint issues, or internal injuries.
• Reiki will help with any anxiety the animal may be experiencing.,
• Reiki will assist any treatment plan that a vet has already prescribed.
• In the event a vet is unable to determine what the issue is with the animal, I may be able to assist with what the animal may be requiring to heal.  

The length of a session will vary from between 15-30 minutes, depending on the animal and how they react. 

I will give you a post session report on what I found during the session.

The exchange of the above is between $50-$60, dependent on the time I have spent treating the animal, which is paid at the time of the appointment for clients within a 10km radius of Newtown. 

Clients outside of the 10kms will be charged an extra $1 per kilometre.
