Dog Reiki

Reiki for dogs is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that’s used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall wellness in animals. 

Just like with people, Reiki for dogs involves the practitioner channeling energy through my hands working just above the body, to help balance the animal's energy system. 

Benefits of Reiki for dogs - 

• Stress & anxiety relief (especially helpful for rescues or dogs with trauma)
• Pain management (good for arthritis or post-surgery recovery)
• Supports healing (after illness, injury, or surgery)
• Boosts emotional well-being
• Can ease end-of-life transitions (comfort during hospice care)
• If your dog has been diagnosed with an illness or disease, you may want to add Reiki to their treatment plan.

 Here’s a quick overview of how Reiki can help dogs: 

• I will come to your home, so I am in your dog's safe space
•  Sessions typically last 15–45 minutes, depending on the dog’s tolerance and needs. 
• I will check your dog’s chakra system and open any chakras that are closed.
• I will assess if your dog is in pain or has an alignment issue that perhaps a vet cannot assess. 
• Some dogs fall asleep, while others may slowly settle into a relaxed state. 

I will give you a post session report on what I found during the session.
 

This session exchange is $60, to be paid at the appointment for clients within a 10km radius of Newtown. 

Clients outside of the 10kms will be charged an extra $1 per kilometre.
